Peace would be nice. I was getting kind of fond of peace.

Nine days with just a cell and other captives is a good reminder of how quickly life-as-you-know-it can disappear. He remembers vividly, holding Hermann after Mako vanished, the terrible, horrible feeling of 'at least they didn't take Hermann from me' and the realization that Hermann is life-as-Newt-knows-it.]
