Stability, though, Hermann had a point about that. It was definitely desireable as an alternative to the hectic uncertainty of war. He liked stability, at least with Hermann, liked coming home to somewhere safe and comfortable and pleasant...and permanent. His disappearance earlier had thrown that into question, but they were regaining a sense of permanence now.

"But I think a yard is a definite yes. And another cat."
